Do Wah Diddy

Game Type: Rhyming/Elimination

Description: The performers improvise a version of “Do Wah Diddy” by Mannfred Mann.

Rules:

The host gets a suggestion from the audience of a location. Improvisers go in order one line at a time. They follow the verse structure:

There she was just a walking through the GYM (do wah diddy diddy dum diddy do)

Everyone agreed she was looking really SLIM(do wah diddy diddy dum diddy do)

Her name’s KIM (Her name’s Kim)

She loves TIM (She loves Tim)

Her name’s Kim, She loves Tim, But nobody loves HIM(do wah diddy diddy dum diddy do)

Improvisers who make a mistake, can’t think of a rhyming word, etc. are eliminated. After each elimination, the host solicits another suggestion and play resumes with the last person to sing successfully, until only one improviser remains. They are the winner.
